VACANCY: STORE MANAGER KWIKSPAR PAUL ROOS – STELLENBOSCH

Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for customer service, people management and operational excellence?

KWIKSPAR Paul Roos is looking for a motivated, hands-on and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth, efficient and profitable operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, ordering and merchandising.
• Control costs, minimise wastage and prevent stock losses.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food safety and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance and discipline where necessary.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve profitability.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a Kwikspar environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, ordering, merchandising and loss prevention.
• Good financial, administrative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
