Store Manager

• Overall Store Operations: Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships, handle customer queries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Cashbook Maintenance: Maintain daily cashbook records, track cash receipts and payments, and ensure accurate financial entries.
• General Operations Management: Oversee general store activities, staff coordination, discipline, and daily task completion.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Staff Management: Allocate responsibilities, monitor staff performance, and ensure effective coordination among team members.
• Sales and Billing Coordination: Monitor sales activities, verify bills and invoices, and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily operational reports, maintain records, and report important updates to management.
• Store Maintenance and Organization: Ensure the store is clean, organized, properly maintained, and professionally presented.
• Management Coordination: Coordinate with management and other departments to resolve operational issues and improve overall store efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
