Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Gaming Centre Manager to head up our vibrant venue in the heart of Bristol.

As the face of our high street casino, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, independent company that’s expanding rapidly across South Wales and the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional, high-quality experience for all customers.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a small on-site team, including shift scheduling.
• Handle cash operations including float replenishment, reconciliation, and banking.
• Order cash, stock, and supplies as required to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and maintenance of gaming machines.
• Oversee age verification and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure full adherence to all gambling legislation and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or over (in line with gambling regulations).
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a regulated, cash-handling environment.

Day rate - £15.30

Night rate - £16.38
