Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and stock control.
• Handle receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Administration, and various departments.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and minimize wastage or shortages.
• Prepare stock reports, MIS, and inventory statements.
• Ensure proper documentation for GRN, issue slips, purchase orders, and stock registers.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of dental, medical, and general supplies.
• Lead and supervise store staff and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Supply Chain/Inventory Management is preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or educational institution.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and team-handling skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP/HRMS/Inventory Management software will be an advantage.
