Store Manager

Duties

• Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Supervise staff schedules, delegate responsibilities, and ensure proper training and development.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to assist customers effectively both in person and over the phone.
• Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales potential.
• Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks, resolve issues promptly, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail or a related field with a focus on team supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff members.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Demonstrated success in sales management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative functions such as scheduling and record keeping.
• Experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of performance.
• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred; multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Pay: £30,900.00-£46,720.00 per year
