What they need
Proven experience in Store/Outlet Management orsimilar roles
Experience and knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customerservice experience
Strong understanding and ability to manage operational procedures and regulatory
compliance
Excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Responsible for overallstore operations, Sales Target,store profitability.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration orsimilarly related field
Experience in the apparel industry is preferable.
Other requirements:
Evening shift.
Rotational shift
Weekend availability
Week off between Monday to Thursday (no WOon Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
English (Preferred), Kannada, Hindi
Location: Nexus Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore
