Location: Bangalore (On-site) - This is a customer facing role in our experience centers

Employment Type & Compensation:

Full-time - 8-10 LPA + incentives

Role Overview

The Senior Store Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership

of a Material Depot Experience Centre, ensuring a world-class customer journey while driving sales performance, team productivity, and store profitability. 

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales conversions and achieve Experience Centre revenue targets

Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display quality

Supervise and guide the Experience Centre team on daily operations

Monitor footfall, inquiries, and conversions on a daily basis

Coordinate with marketing for walk-in generation and offline activations

Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction

Conduct regular team huddles and performance check-ins

Ensure SOP and brand guideline compliance inside the 

Requirements

5-7 years proven retail sales experience, preferably handling high-ticket products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player with ownership toward targets and outcomes

Ready to work 50–60 hours a week, 6 days

Hands-on execution mindset (not a strategy-only role)
