Store Manager

We are in search of a committed and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop staff through employee orientation and ongoing coaching.
• Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive profitability through effective selling techniques.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for inventory procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes to minimize shortages or excesses.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, engagement, and professional growth among employees.
