Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall showroom performance.
• Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels, stock records, and product displays.
• Monitor sales reports, daily transactions, and store expenses.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the head office for stock replenishment.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance repo

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
