Store Manager

Were looking for a customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a Cultsport store. You will manage the store team, deliver a helpful and energetic shopping experience, and drive sales across fitness apparel, footwear and accessories. You’ll also maintain strong standards for stock accuracy, store presentation and operational compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and schedule the store team to meet sales and service goals.
• Welcome customers, understand their fitness and product needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Drive store sales, conversion, average transaction value and other assigned performance targets.
• Keep the store clean, organised and visually appealing in line with brand standards.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, stock counts, transfers and loss prevention.
• Oversee billing, returns, exchanges, cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with area, merchandising, warehouse and customer support teams.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, safety procedures and applicable retail requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 24 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or store leadership role.
• Experience in sportswear, footwear, fitness or lifestyle retails..
• Strong communication, customer service and team leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, point-of-sale systems and inventory tools.
• Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Interest in fitness and an active lifestyle is a plus.
