Store Manager

Overview

Work hours are Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday and Sunday 11 am to 4 pm. You can work 6 days or 7 days a week . Must have great detail of knowledge with Electronics example like video games ,computers and cell phones and laptops a must . Speaking second language is a plus . Someone fast, fun and friendly . Must have good English speaking skills and Peoples person

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering excellent customer service, managing sales performance, and ensuring smooth store functioning. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for retail management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team. Duties

• Lead and supervise retail staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to meet sales goals and uphold company standards.
• Manage inventory levels through effective stock control, purchasing, and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Oversee daily store operations such as cash handling, POS system management, and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance to drive retail sales growth.
• Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
• Maintain a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions focused on operational procedures, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS systems, purchasing procedures, and retail math.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience in team management, training & development, and operational oversight.
• Familiarity with retail industry sales techniques including merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity for multitasking in a fast-paced setting; basic math skills are essential.
