Store Manager

Summary Overview

The Store Manager maintains total ownership of daily operations, financial performance, team development, and operational excellence at Haggo’s.

Building on the foundation of the Shift Lead role, they direct both FOH and BOH operations, foster team accountability, and oversee administrative back-office management whilereporting performance metrics directly to ownership.

Leading with an owner’s mindset, the Store Manager seamlessly balances hands on floor presence with high level financial, administrative, and personnel management.

Ensuring strict adherence to organic standards, hospitality, safety, and core values while driving hiring, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-casual or full-service environments.

Mandatory Certifications:

Food Handler Card: Valid San Diego County Food Handler

Card (for SD County locations) and/or California Food

Handler Card (for San Clemente/Orange County) prior to starting.

ServSafe Manager Certification: Valid ServSafe Manager

Certification required: ServSafe Manager certification must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment. For new location openings, a valid ServSafe Manager Certification, must be active prior to the store's opening date.

RBS Alcohol Certification: Active California ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification within first 60 days.

Systems Proficiency: Working knowledge of POS systems (Square POS) and scheduling software (7shifts).

Communication: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with guests, staff, and leadership.

Skills: Strong basic math for cash register balancing and shift reconciliation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
