Store Manager

Location : Bukit Jalil

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.
• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Lead, motivate, and train the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure good customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Support promotional activities and new product launches.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in sportswear or fashion retail.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or store management role.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven and able to achieve sales targets.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
