Sugar Monday is a Thai bag brand designed in Bangkok. We make bags for everyday life, and we believe our physical stores are the "Home" of our brand. We care deeply about how customers feel when they visit us, and we are looking for a true leader to run our homes with passion and care.

About the role

You will be the hands-on leader running both our Siam Square Flagship and Songwat branches. You will work closely with the founder, the creative team, and HQ to hit sales targets, manage and coach a team of passionate sales associates, and ensure every customer feels genuinely welcomed into the Sugar Monday family.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and customer experience across both stores.
• Lead, train, and develop the retail team.
• Oversee scheduling, cash reconciliation inventory, and daily operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in fashion or accessories retail.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, leadership, or senior sales role.
• Good English communication skills for customer service.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and travel between both branches.

Working Day : 6 days per week (Shifts include weekends and public holidays)

• Siam branch: 11.00 am - 9.00 pm (Sat-Sun/Holidays: 10.30 am - 9.30 pm)
• Songwat branch: 10.00 am - 7.00 pm.
