Store Manager

Ninepine is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our store on Kungsgatan 19, in the heart of Stockholm.

Ninepine is a fast growing premium brand from Stockholm, built on the idea of the luxury of comfort. We design with empathy, creating pieces that put comfort first without compromising on aesthetics. Ninepine is shaping retail differently, with the purpose of not making women choose between looking good and feeling good. Known for our cult followed Asana line and our much loved comfort denim, we are now growing our retail presence across Europe.

Stockholm is our home city. Many of the customers who visit Kungsgatan already know us and have their favourite pieces. That makes the experience in store what matters most. You'll set the standard for how Ninepine is experienced in person, with service that is warm, sharp and personal.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and the store's key metrics
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every meeting, and turn returning customers into loyal ambassadors
• Recruit, coach and develop a team that puts customer experience and sales at the heart of everything they do
• Ensure visual merchandising, stock accuracy and store presentation meet Ninepine's standard
• Own budget, scheduling and admin with care and attention to security
• Ensure a safe, healthy environment for the team
• Strengthen our relationship with Stockholm customers through clienteling, social media, events and other local activations
• Act as Ninepine's ambassador in our home city, ensuring the store reflects our brand values

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Store Manager, ideally within premium retail
• A passion for customer experience and proven ability to build a loyal clientele
• A track record of leading, training and motivating a team
• Excellent communication skills, with customers, the team and HQ
• Comfortable being the face of a brand: happy to build relationships beyond the store
• Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Curious, open, hands on and data driven
• Fluent in Swedish and English, confident with POS systems and Google Workspace
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends or holidays as needed
• Excited about the Ninepine brand and what it stands for
