We are looking for a motivated Store Manager who is passionate about customer service, leadership, and helping create an exceptional retail experience.

This is a full-time salary position requiring open availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring a consistently exceptional customer experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Drive sales performance by establishing clear expectations, motivating employees, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Take ownership of store sales goals, operational performance, and overall business results.
• Create and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels while maintaining payroll budgets.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable work environment where employees feel engaged and motivated.
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising, store presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Lead by example through exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
• Partner with retail leadership to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and support company initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Has previous retail management experience, preferably in a Store Manager or comparable leadership role.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Has a proven ability to drive sales and achieve business goals.
• Is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and demonstrates sound judgment.
• Understands the importance of payroll management, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys being actively involved in daily store operations.
• Leads with positivity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to teamwork.
• Is passionate about creating memorable customer experiences.

• Scheduling based on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform general retail floor duties
