Store Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Duties

• Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce
• Manage inventory control and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize stock discrepancies
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions
• Implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and promote store promotions or special events
• Conduct employee orientation sessions, ongoing training & development and performance evaluations
• Maintain organized store environment through stocking, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with safety standards

Skills

• Strong management skills with proven experience in supervising Fine Jewelry Store teams and managing store operations
• Excellent communication skills (bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively is very helpful)
• Expertise in negotiation and sales management
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations
• Demonstrated leadership in training & development, employee orientation, interviewing candidates, and team motivation
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills coupled with administrative experience in payroll or bookkeeping tasks

We offer a strong base salary with the potential for monthly bonus, commission and spiffs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
