As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the best wireless solutions while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
• Recommend products based on customers' needs.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Stay up to date on promotions and new products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service every day.

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus, but not required).
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Weekend availability.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay

$12.00–$40+.00 per hour with Unlimited Commission, Spiffs and extra incentives.
