Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and people-focused Retail Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with confidence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle client concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain salon standards, policies, and procedures
• Communicate closely with ownership regarding operations and team performance
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Previous management experience (beauty, salon, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle conflict and problem-solve calmly
• Comfortable enforcing policies and holding staff accountable
• Passion for client care
• Proficient with scheduling systems, POS, and basic admin tasks
