What they need
- Naypra Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage construction-site store operations, inventory control, material management, stock reconciliation, documentation, and labour attendance records. The candidate should have practical experience handling construction materials at residential or commercial construction project sites.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction-site store operations and inventory.
- Maintain stock registers for steel, cement, plywood, shuttering materials, tools, safety equipment, consumables, and other construction materials.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and material requisitions.
- Ensure proper recording of material inward, outward, returns, transfers, and consumption. Issue materials only against authorised material requisitions.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile actual stock with book records.
- Prepare material consumption reports and reconciliation statements for steel, cement, plywood, and shuttering materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain records of tools, equipment, reusable materials, and safety items issued to site personnel.
- Track material wastage, damage, shortages, and discrepancies and report them to the Project Manager.
- Maintain daily labour attendance records and coordinate with site supervisors for verification.
- Prepare attendance summaries and supporting documents for payroll processing.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, stock registers, issue slips, and material return notes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Purchase, Accounts, HR, and Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain transparency in all store transactions.

- Knowledge of material reconciliation and consumption tracking.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, organisational, and communication skills.
- Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Willingness to work at construction project sites.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of inventory and stock records.
- Timely availability of materials at the project site.
- Accuracy of material reconciliation and consumption reports.
- Reduction in material wastage, loss, and damage.
