Store Manager

Blessingdales is seeking an experienced, motivated Store Manager who enjoys leading people, improving operations, and creating an exceptional shopping experience.

Blessingdales is a nonprofit thrift store supporting The Living Vine, a residential maternity home serving pregnant women in crisis. Our stores provide affordable merchandise to the community while generating financial support for this important mission.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail employees and volunteers.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and staff performance.
• Monitor sales goals and implement strategies to improve store results.
• Ensure merchandise moves efficiently from donation intake to the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, attractive, and fully stocked store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate operational records, financial logs, and reports.
• Uphold safety standards, organizational policies, and accountability.
• Create a positive work environment where employees are supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing sales performance, merchandising, and inventory.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Excel, and retail inventory software.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the mission and values of The Living Vine.
