Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Store Manager to lead our Total Wireless retail location. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, developing employees, delivering an excellent customer experience, and ensuring the store meets all operational and compliance expectations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach a sales team, manage daily operations, maintain accountability, and create a positive environment where employees and customers feel valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in achieving sales goals.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly results with the team.
• Set clear individual and store-level goals.
• Coach employees on identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Monitor performance throughout the day and make adjustments when the store is behind goal.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Total Wireless plans, devices, promotions, systems, and processes.
• Lead by example by actively assisting customers and demonstrating effective sales behaviors.
• Create strategies to increase customer traffic, referrals, repeat business, and community awareness
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, inventory, and point-of-sale transactions are completed accurately

Requirements

• At least one year of retail sales or customer-service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory, assistant manager, or store management experience strongly preferred.
• Wireless retail experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and motivate a team.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, point-of-sale systems, and performance reports.
• Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per year
