What they need
STORE MANAGER
Experience: 5 To 7 years preferred
Responsibilities:
* Overall management of store operations
* Leading and supervising the sales team
* Achieving sales & business targets
* Inventory and stock management
* Customer service & complaint resolution
* Staff scheduling, discipline and performance management
* Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the store
Candidates with experience in textile, fashion, departmental or large-format retail will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
