Store Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate sales associates and assistant managers.
• Sales & Targets: Drive revenue, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like average transaction value, and execute promotional campaigns.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, handle ordering, and prevent shrinkage or loss.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain brand-standard layouts, attractive window displays, and clean shop floors.
• Administration & Budgeting: Oversee payroll, handle financial reporting, and ensure legal and safety compliance.
• Customer Service: Resolve escalated complaints and model strong service standards.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Retail Management is often preferred.
• Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of retail experience, including prior supervisory or assistant management roles.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, financial/budget literacy, communication, and point-of-sale (POS) software proficiency.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
