Store manager

• Receive materials, goods, tools, and supplies from vendors.
• Verify quantity, quality, specifications, and delivery documents against purchase orders.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Arrange and store materials in designated locations.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and identification of stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store.
• Issue materials only against approved requisitions or authorized requests.
• Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
• Coordinate with the purchase, production, maintenance, and accounts departments.
• Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory ledgers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and material issue slips.
• Prepare stock statements and inventory valuation reports.
• Report shortages, excess stock, damaged goods, and discrepancies to management.
• Support internal audits, external audits, and stock audits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
