Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and managing in-store operations, including staff allocation, merchandise management, and customer service, to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
• Implement promotional activities to enhance the store’s brand image and drive sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational data, and promptly adjust strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong goal orientation in retail operations, with a good team spirit and a strong sense of ownership.
• Over 5 years of experience in retail store operations, including at least 1 year in a Store Assistant or Store Manager role.
• Proficient in Thai, with the ability to communicate in either English/Chinese.
