Your Role

As the Store Manager, you’ll oversee all daily operations at our Currambine store, ensuring first-class customer service and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and expert product recommendations
• Lead, train, and motivate your team
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
• Oversee rosters, administration, and store presentation
• Drive sales, local marketing, and social media engagement
• Meet and exceed store KPIs and performance targets

Please note: You will be required to work a Sunday to Thursday or a Tuesday to Saturday roster, factoring in at least one weekend shift with two consecutive days off.

What You Bring

• Proven retail management experience
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Knowledge of supplements, health foods, or related industries (highly regarded)
• Solid understanding of sports nutrition and wellness products
• Nutrition and/or fitness qualifications (a bonus)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
