Role Overview

The Store Manager – Type A is responsible for leading a flagship retail store, delivering commercial performance, operational excellence, and brand experience aligned with Musinsa Standard’s positioning in the Philippines. Owns full store P&L, team leadership, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Performance & P&L Ownership:

• Deliver sales targets, conversion, ATV
• Drive sales per sqm and profitability
• Analyse performance and take action

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, lead team
• Drive productivity and retention

Customer Experience:

• Ensure premium service and VM standards
• Execute campaigns and launches

Merchandising & Inventory:

• Monitor sell-through and stock
• Maintain inventory accuracy

Operations:

• Ensure smooth store operations
• Manage compliance, cash, and shrinkage

Omnichannel:

• Support e-commerce integration
• Drive digital tools and GCash usage

Key KPIs

• Sales per sqm
• Conversion rate, ATV
• Staff productivity
• Inventory turnover
• Customer satisfaction
• Store EBITDA

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years retail experience
• 2–3 years Store Manager
• Large store experience (800–1,200 sqm): Mandatory
• Strong commercial mindset

Role Context

• Reports to: Area Manager/Brand Manager
• Store size: ~+1,000 sqm
• Team size: 25–40 staff
• Location: Metro Manila

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
