Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team full-time. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage sales and merchandising efforts, and motivate your team to achieve their best. Your leadership will be key to maintaining our reputation for quality and fun while driving store success.

Duties

• Lead and supervise the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to boost revenue
• Oversee merchandising displays to ensure visual appeal and adherence to brand standards
• Organize staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure proper time management across shifts
• Handle administrative responsibilities including inventory management, record keeping, and reporting
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with team members
• Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and clear organizational direction

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail or food service environments with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
• Experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks
• Knowledge of retail management principles along with supervisory experience in fast-paced settings
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service
