You’ll have the autonomy to bring the Città brand to life in your own store, working creatively with your team on visual merchandising, delivering a great customer experience and finding ways to grow store performance.

In this role, you’ll:

• Drive sales and bring energy to achieving store targets and KPIs.

The ideal fit for this role will have great problem-solving, time management and relationship building skills. We are searching for someone with a genuine passion for our products, natural people management capabilities and a heightened attention to detail. We need someone sales focused, with an engaging and outgoing personality, who is proactive and willing to learn.

We're looking for a minimum of five years retail sales experience, ideally with high end products (particularly with interiors/furniture) and working with three or more direct reports. Someone who is driven to achieve sales targets and deliver a personalised service experience with every customer interaction. You will need to have strong administrative skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software systems in order to excel in this role.

This is a permanent salaried position working Sunday to Thursday including public holidays when required.
