What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and customer service.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers and employees feel valued.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to succeed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Prepare schedules and ensure shifts are properly staffed.
• Monitor expenses and operate within established budget guidelines.
• Oversee pricing, inventory levels, ordering, and product presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
• Step in wherever needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail management or leadership experience.
• A strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• A positive, approachable, and motivating leadership style.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Knowledge of budgeting, pricing, sales, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• A dependable, hands-on leader who is willing to work alongside the team.
• Liquor store and/or food service experience is desired.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager is preferred but not required.
