Store Manager (Ilocos)

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the overall operations and performance of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and profitability, ensuring operational excellence, leading store personnel, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of store targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Selling and Cashiering Supervisors to ensure high performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, manpower deployment, and customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, merchandising execution, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and audit requirements.
• Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage customer concerns and promote a customer-centric culture.
• Implement risk control measures to safeguard company assets and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cashiering operations, and store administration.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and be assigned to other store locations when needed.
