Store Manager (Johor Bahru)

Sales & Performance

• Drive store sales to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (sales, conversion rate, ATV)
• Ensure strong product knowledge across all staff

Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate retail team
• Manage staff roster, attendance, and discipline
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
• Coach team on selling techniques and customer engagement

Customer Experience

• Ensure excellent in-store customer service at all times
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a welcoming, premium retail environment
• Ensure team follows Qhiam’s customer experience SOP

Store Operations

• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Ensure stock accuracy (stock in/out, transfers, reporting)
• Maintain store cleanliness, VM standards, and product display
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Inventory & Merchandising

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Ensure correct display of collections (e.g. 100-color presentation)
• Manage slow-moving stock and push sell-through strategies

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to HQ
• Track staff performance and store KPIs
• Coordinate with HQ (marketing, warehouse, e-commerce teams)
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in retail management (fashion preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sales-driven with good commercial awareness
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Retail management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• visual merchandising: 2 years (Preferred)
