Store Manager (Kuala Lumpur)

• Manage retail store of 2,000–5,000 sq. ft.
• Manage employee relations and personnel matters.
• Lead and oversee all departments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, hygiene requirements, and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, minimize waste, and achieve profitability targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory levels and merchandising strategies.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to department managers and team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures across all fresh categories.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 9–10 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Preferably with experience in the supermarket or hypermarket industry.
• Strong experience managing Fresh departments (e.g. Produce, Bakery, Meat, Seafood, or Deli).
