Store Manager (Multiple Location)

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to drive performance across our retail locations. This leadership role involves partnering with store managers and retail partners to enhance store operations, increase sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description

• Customer Experience Excellence: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Xiaomi hardware, software, and services. Act as the go-to product expert for both customers and team members.
• Sales & Service Delivery: Actively listen to customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, achieve store sales targets, and provide technical support when required.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive and seamless customer service experience.
• Store Operations Management: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including sales analysis, product display, customer service, inventory management, and event execution.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in company-organized training to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and service concepts.

Job Requirements

• Strong passion for retail, with a proactive learning attitude, ownership mindset, and team spirit.
• Prior frontline retail experience preferred; familiarity with Xiaomi’s new retail model is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with fluent communication skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage both sales and service delivery effectively.
