THE ROLE

You'll take ownership of the store's day-to-day performance, from people and sales through to operations and visual standards.
You'll be responsible for:

• Lead, motivate and develop the store team
• Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
• Creating an exceptional and inclusive customer experience
• Coaching your team to build confidence, capability and results
• Managing rostering, stock, merchandising and daily operations
• Keeping the store looking polished, stylish and on-brand
• Leading from the front and getting stuck in when the store gets busy

ABOUT YOU

You're a strong fashion retail leader who knows how to get the best out of a team while keeping commercial results front of mind.
You'll bring:

• Proven Store Management experience in fashion retail — essential
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A strong understanding of sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• A hands-on, proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
• A genuine passion for creating an inclusive and welcoming shopping experience
• Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings and weekends
