Store Manager (New Store)

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Retail Management or Supermarket operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, including revenue growth, labor cost control, and shrinkage/waste management.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a large diverse team (50+ employees).
• Operational Excellence: Deep knowledge of Food Safety standards (HACCP/GMP), inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to implement local marketing strategies and drive KPIs.
• Service Mindset: Commitment to delivering "Service Excellence" and handling high-level customer escalations professionally
