What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on retail leader with solid experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, strong sales discipline, and the ability to bring out the best in a store team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to run daily store operations, manage stock and cashiering requirements, maintain excellent customer service, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or apparel retail.
• Strong background in store operations, stock management, inventory control, and cashiering.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Experience achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Results-driven mindset and ability to work well in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including opening, mid, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work onsite (location: Okada, Pasay City)

The ideal candidate is a retail leader who is confident on the sales floor, attentive to details, and capable of motivating a team to perform. You understand that a strong store is built on customer service, product knowledge, visual standards, inventory discipline, and consistent execution.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment where every customer interaction, display standard, and team performance metric contributes to the store’s success.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
