JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for staff planning and training.
• Responsible for setting daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service.
• Maintaining the overall image of the store.
• Inventory handling such as stock reordering, stock take and track stock levels at all times.
• Overseeing store daily operations.
• Analyze store performance and handle customer enquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in supervisory or management level in retail (preferably sports or fashion) industry.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on rotational shift, weekend and public holiday.
