Store Manager Pampanga

What you'll be doing

· Oversee daily operations of authorized retail stores to ensure smooth functioning.

· Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising.

· Ensure stores adhere to company standards for layout, visual merchandising, and branding.

· Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned stores.

· Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.

· Conduct periodic store visits to monitor staff performance and customer service.

· Provide coaching and guidance to improve team performance and productivity.

· Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, including Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

· Act as a liaison between the company and store owners or franchisees.

· Ensure stores comply with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

· Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.

What we're looking for

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in authorized retail stores or franchise operations.

· Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog) and English

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyze sales data and implement actionable strategies.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS or retail management systems.
