Job Description:

• We're hiring a Store Manager (Pharmacist) to manage end-to-end operations of a pharma dark store, combining pharmacy compliance with quick commerce operations.
• This is a hands-on role covering inventory, fulfilment, manpower, SLAs, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day dark store operations including inbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure compliant storage, handling and dispensing of medicines, including prescription validation.
• Maintain pharmacy records, licences, registers, batch/expiry data and required documentation.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock audits, near-expiry/expired medicines and reconciliation.
• Manage store manpower, rostering, productivity and operational discipline.
• Drive order fulfilment, SLA adherence and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable drug regulations and support audits/inspections.

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm with applicable pharmacist registration.
• 1-6 years of pharmacy, retail pharmacy, warehouse or dark store experience.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory and compliance.
• Comfortable managing teams and fast-paced store operations.
• Must have your own laptop.
