Store Manager (SM)/ Assitant Store Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting RC/AM in managing the daily operations of the outlet.
• Being aware of the outlet's sales targets and ensuring the outlet achieves the sales targets set by the company.
• Understanding the direction and requirements of the company at the outlet.
• Understanding the sales concepts and focus at the outlet.
• Responsible for safeguarding company property located within the outlet.
• Honest and trustworthy in safeguarding company information and finances at the outlet.
• Responsible for daily management at the outlet (staff, company assets, compliance with company procedures, customers, and maintenance as well as outlet cleanliness).

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store supervision (sports retail experience is an advantage).
• Candidates who are proficient in Store Metrics such as AUP (Average Unit per Transaction), IPT (Items per Transaction), and ATV (Average Transaction Value) will have an added advantage.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about sports, active lifestyle, and retail excellence.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
