Store Manager – Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service:
  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and engagement.
• Lead and Develop Sales Team:
  Motivate, train, and support staff to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive Sales and Growth:
  Implement strategies to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and improve profitability.
• Resolve Customer Issues:
  Handle complaints and concerns professionally and promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure Compliance with Standards:
  Maintain operational efficiency and ensure adherence to visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
• Monitor Sales Performance:
  Prepare and analyze detailed sales reports using key retail KPIs to guide business decisions.
• Administrative Oversight:
  Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and financial record updates.
• Merchandise Analysis:
  Track best-selling products, evaluate sell-through rates, and address merchandise-related challenges.
• Inventory Control:
  Supervise inventory handling, including stock security, loss prevention, and replenishment accuracy.

Requirements:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Qualification Details:
  Retail Management qualifications are specifically preferred for related field requirements.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, ideally within the fashion retail industry.
• Industry Experience:
  Fashion retail experience is specifically required for this position.
• Leadership & Customer Service Skills:
  Strong leadership capabilities and proven experience managing customer relationships.
• Business Acumen:
  Solid understanding of retail operations and business management principles.
