Store Manager - SM CDO

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations at our SM CDO location in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the success of our store and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from staff management and financial performance to inventory control and customer satisfaction. This position is integral to achieving our business objectives and maintaining our reputation as a leading retailer in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations.

• Lead, train, and motivate sales and support staff.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and product knowledge.

• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.

• Coordinate with DJI head office for marketing, training, and product launches.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness.

• Manage inventory and stock replenishment.

• Handle customer concerns, warranty, and after-sales support.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.

• Experience in tech, electronics, or drone/gadget retail is a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Sales-driven, customer-focused, and tech-savvy.

• Proficient in inventory systems, POS operations, and reporting tools.

• Willing to work in malls or high-traffic locations and on weekends/holidays if needed.
