ABOUT THE ROLE

The Store Manager – Shopify Online Store is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and growth of the company's e-commerce store on the Shopify platform. The role ensures an exceptional online shopping experience by managing product listings, inventory coordination, promotions, customer service, and website performance. The Store Manager works closely with marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams to drive online sales, optimize conversion rates, and achieve business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify online store.
• Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information.
• Monitor website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor availability of items related to online orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, basket size, and customer retention.
• Implement merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and online sales.
• Manage website content updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure the online store complies with company branding, policies, and e-commerce best practices.
• Manage budget, financial forecast, and resource allocation to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Provide strong leadership to a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
