Title: Department Leader/ Store Manager/ Store Supervisor

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:15 AM–5:15 PM; hybrid/WFH available 1–2 days/week after probation.

Fields: Retail, Fashion, Sport, FMCG, B2C, Hospitalities, F&B

Responsibilities:

Develop, enrich, and take care of human capital:

Build and manage my commercial policy on my priority sports as an intrapreneur:

Manage the “best in class” omnichannel customer experience:

Manage my in-store performance trajectory (People / Planet / Business):

Guarantee daily safety and organization of the store (Duty management):

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in Sales Advisor/ Consultant
• Leadership, Sporty knowledge, Sales B2C experience, supervisor
• Be passionate about sports and wish to play the role of a team leader.
• Be dynamic with a high sense of responsibility and capacity for the organization.
• As a man or woman of action, you know how to make decisions.
• Be flexible and ready to work during the weekends (5 days per week).
• Speak both Vietnamese & English fluently.
