Store Manager / Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in the beauty and skincare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, leading and motivating the retail team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the store consistently meets its sales and operational targets.

Location: Pavilion Bukit Jalil

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to minimize stock shortages.
• Drive promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the retail team.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage daily manpower requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain attractive product presentation and promotional displays.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and store documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with headquarters on inventory, promotions, and operational matters.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience
• Experience in retail, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
• Experience in supervisory or store management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store performance

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
