Store Manager Trainee

Role Overview: This position involves providing excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and maintaining inventory and store cleanliness in a retail environment. The role requires working across various departments and temperatures, with a focus on teamwork and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering prompt, friendly customer service both in person and over the phone, including handling special orders
• Supporting store performance by following sales, merchandising, and documentation standards
• Managing inventory through product ordering, stock rotation, and accurate record-keeping
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of store areas following sanitation and 5S standards
• Promoting a positive work environment while adhering to company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous supervisory experience in retail is preferred
• Ability to work in various store departments and temperatures
• Proficiency in reading product descriptions and shelf tags
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math, communication, and following instructions skills
