Denaj Permanent Jewelry is looking for a dependable, organized, outgoing, and motivated Store Manager to help oversee daily operations, support the owner, lead our team, and grow our business.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, inventory, organization, and employee schedules.
• Assist the owner with administrative tasks, projects, deadlines, and planning.
• Train and support employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and perform quality permanent jewelry welds.
• Find and coordinate events, private parties, corporate bookings, and business partnerships.
• Bring creative ideas for promotions, products, and business growth.
• Take initiative, solve problems, and follow through on responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

Reliable, honest, personable, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Retail, management, administrative, or sales experience is a plus. Permanent jewelry experience is not required. Training provided!
