Store Managers

About the role

This full-time role primarily involving sales attainment, people management and customer service is crucial in ensuring the continuous success of our branches in Metro Manila, either standalone or inside SM Store.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management; meanwhile, counter operations and treasury functions are for standalone stores only.
2. Lead, motivate and develop a team of store supervisors and staff to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
4. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
5. Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5-year experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, employees, management and external groups.
4. Demonstrated experience in operational planning and customer service.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
